Scheer Network @HMI 2024

Process integration as an important building block for corporate success

The Scheer companies will be represented at HMI 2024 with a total of 4 stands. The non-profit August-Wilhelm Scheer Research Institute will be presenting research prototypes at 3 stands. At the Lower Saxony joint stand Innovations from Science and Research (Hall 2, Stand A10), the team will be presenting the Digital Product Passport, the path to sustainable energy data management. At the Saarland joint stand (Hall 2, Stand B10), the CoLab4DigiTwin project will be presented, which is revolutionizing collaboration in mechanical engineering through collaborative work with the concept of the digital twin.

At the heart of CoLab4DigiTwin are smart services with the aim of increasing efficiency, productivity and sustainability in the automotive industry, but also in other sectors. In addition, the institute will be showcasing mobile working on four wheels with the Mittelstand-Digital Zentrum Saarbrücken and the Future Car. The stand is the representation of the SME Digital Network, sponsored by the BMWK. (Hall 16, D09).

The company Scheer PAS will be presenting the new version of its software product Scheer PAS, a platform for process integration, at its own stand (Hall 15, F27). Founder and sole shareholder Prof. Dr. August-Wilhelm Scheer comments: "We have already made appointments with customers and expect to receive a lot of interest, especially for integration tasks between production control and logistics in industrial companies. We also want to address medium-sized software companies that can use our Scheer PAS platform as a basis for modernizing their software products. The connection between industrial customers and software companies at HMI is an ideal platform for us to conclude customer orders and partnerships."
