Omni-Channel Retailing
MS-Mode

MS Mode has defined the omni-channel approach as the central element
of its e-commerce strategy. For MS Mode the linking of individual channels is the way forward to continuing its successful activities in the market and to satisfy its customers’ wishes. The existing connection of systems via an external integrator was neither designed for omni-channel operation nor could it be adapted for this at a reasonable cost.

Benefits of the case study for your organization:

How MS Mode reduced operating costs by 40%

How a transparent omni-channel architecture was achieved

How Scheer PAS acts as the central integration platform

Thanks to E2E Bridge we can bring new systems into operation much faster and are highly flexible because of this. At the same time we have reduced our operating costs by around 40%.
